4: Ram & SSD

Đối với RAM : Dell sẽ cung cấp cấu hình từ 8GB đến 32GB với LDPDDR4x bus 4267 trên Dell Xps 13 9310 (2020). Đây là một bước tiến cực kỳ tốt so với LDPDDR4x/ 3733 của Dell XPS 9300. Ở mẫu mới này trên mọi cấu hình đều là 2 kênh để tăng băng thông bộ nhớ giúp hiệu suất cho đồ họa tốt hơn.

Các tùy chọn lưu trữ là từ 256GB đến 2TB SSD PCIe. Điều thú vị là Dell chọn sử dụng SSD PCIe Gen 3 hơn là tận dụng việc Tiger Lake sử dụng hỗ trợ PCIe Gen 4. Nhưng ít nhất, SSD trong XPS 13 9310 là ổ M.2 tiêu chuẩn.

Ở cả 3 tùy chọn này đều có độ sáng 500 nits và có công nghệ Eyesafe khử ánh sáng xanh, hỗ trợ Dolby Vision và góc nhìn rộng 178 độ.

Đối với các cổng, Dell  cung cấp hai giắc cắm âm thanh kết hợp Thunderbolt 4 , microSD và analog. Bạn cũng nhận được một camera sinh trắc học để có thể sử dụng Windows Hello dựa trên IR, cùng với đầu đọc dấu vân tay trong nút nguồn.
